For Educators in Grades 7-12
This session aims to deepen understandings on how the military strategies and operations were in the final stages of WWII and influenced the broader course of the conflict, setting the stage for the eventual liberation of the concentration camps. Educators will gain enhanced historical understanding, contextual connections of major military operations that lead to humanitarian outcomes, and effective teaching strategies for complex World War II teachings using resources created by The National WWII Museum.
